THE IDEA
It started with a
simple question.
Why should a reward stop where it was earned?
In 2020, TWID's founders saw a fundamental problem with loyalty.
Consumers were accumulating rewards across cards, banks, fintechs and loyalty programs. But those rewards remained trapped inside individual ecosystems.
Businesses were issuing enormous amounts of value, yet much of it was never meaningfully used. Billions in rewards are issued every year, and most of it dies unused.
So we built the network that could connect them. TWID made rewards spendable across merchants, allowing consumers to Pay with Rewards wherever TWID is available.
That was the beginning.
